This makes the entire process a&nbsp;simpler and&nbsp;more user-friendly visit experience. Of&nbsp;course, the kiosk does not only&nbsp;simplify check-in for&nbsp;visitors, but&nbsp;also&nbsp;for&nbsp;employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And what does the whole visitation process look like? It&#8217;s&nbsp;actually very simple. After&nbsp;logging into&nbsp;the visitor entry system, all you have to&nbsp;do&nbsp;is fill in&nbsp;your first name, last name, email and&nbsp;the date the visitor arrives. The invited person receives an&nbsp;automatically generated invitation to&nbsp;that&nbsp;email, which sends a&nbsp;security code in&nbsp;addition to&nbsp;the details of&nbsp;the date and&nbsp;location of&nbsp;the visit. The customer then simply enters this into&nbsp;the kiosk or&nbsp;scans the QR code. This allows Welcomo to&nbsp;verify the visitor and&nbsp;let them in. Information about&nbsp;the visit is also&nbsp;stored in&nbsp;the M2C Log app, a&nbsp;tool that&nbsp;helps with&nbsp;visitor management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Welcomo also&nbsp;verifies identity on&nbsp;arrival and&nbsp;informs the visitor about&nbsp;the visitor policy and&nbsp;privacy policy.
