This move has simplified and&nbsp;accelerated the entire process of&nbsp;registration and&nbsp;vehicle entry to&nbsp;the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Automation of the entrance to the Lenzing Biocel site in Paskov in cooperation with partner Cominfo\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/YBLyrW1GVRs?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=YBLyrW1GVRs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Video on&nbsp;YouTube<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cooperation with&nbsp;experts in&nbsp;access control systems<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The project was created in&nbsp;cooperation with&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cominfo-trade.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cominfo<\/a>,a company that&nbsp;supplies turnstiles worldwide and&nbsp;access and&nbsp;attendance systems on&nbsp;the domestic market. Cominfo has been operating its systems at&nbsp;the Lenzing Biocel Paskov site for&nbsp;many years. The cooperation with&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/innovis.ai\/en\/\">Innovis<\/a>, the technology division of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.m2c.eu\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">M2C<\/a>, resulted in&nbsp;the successful design of&nbsp;a&nbsp;solution for&nbsp;fully automated entry of&nbsp;cars with&nbsp;raw materials for&nbsp;production. The implemented solution links&nbsp;the systems of&nbsp;both&nbsp;companies with&nbsp;the existing systems of&nbsp;the Lenzing site as&nbsp;well as&nbsp;with&nbsp;those of&nbsp;external suppliers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Integration of&nbsp;existing systems for&nbsp;seamless operation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The key to&nbsp;success was the integration of&nbsp;the Welcomo self-service kiosk with&nbsp;the systems of&nbsp;external suppliers at&nbsp;Lenzing Biocel Paskov, including the visitor system, SAP, camera system and&nbsp;information boards.<\/strong> <strong>This integration enabled a&nbsp;seamless and&nbsp;simple system to&nbsp;be created, replacing the complex process of&nbsp;registering raw material suppliers at&nbsp;the gatehouse and&nbsp;resulting in&nbsp;a&nbsp;clearer, faster and&nbsp;more efficient operation, while&nbsp;reducing operating costs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Simple and&nbsp;efficient self-service process<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>On arrival at&nbsp;the premises, the driver simply retrieves his ID card and&nbsp;QR code from&nbsp;the delivery note at&nbsp;the kiosk. Welcomo processes and&nbsp;stores this information in&nbsp;the system. The driver is then asked to&nbsp;fill in&nbsp;additional information, such as&nbsp;the weight of&nbsp;the load and&nbsp;other ambiguous data.
