The Innovis ARC (alarm recieving center) service combines modern technology and expert supervision of property security. The technical description is one thing. But what does it look like when a breach occurs? Each property has an individual response plan that is set up with the client to meet their needs. This determines how to proceed when an alarm is detected. This is usually a telephone check with the client in the event of a daytime alarm, or a direct dispatch of a response unit at night. The response unit arrives within 20 minutes, checks the premises and contacts the police if necessary. If there has been any damage, for example windows or doors have been broken, the unit will also provide the necessary service to prevent further potential intruders.
If the client does not have a security system, M2C Innovis experts will also design and install one to meet the specific needs of each home and building. In the case where a security system is already installed, the client is offered the option of an audit to determine if any security features need to be added or if it even meets the standards required for ARC connectivity. A security system installed by the M2C Innovis team will provide the client with maximum peace of mind as it is fully ARC compatible and meets all necessary certifications.
In the event of a security breach and subsequent intervention, the client is immediately informed viatext message or e-mail and a detailed report is subsequently processed. The report includes photographs and information about the security of the building so that the client has an overview of the situation. If necessary, we can also arrange temporary repairs to protect the property from further damage.
