Prague, 1 August 2024 - Innovis, the technology division of M2C, is pleased to announce the appointment of a new Chief Sales Officer. This key position will be filled by Tomáš Zach, who takes over the leadership of the sales team from his predecessor Kateřina Kulíšková.

Tomáš Zach, who previously served as Director of International Trade, brings a wealth of experience in managing business activities at an international level to his new role. In his new role, he will be responsible for managing the Innovis sales team not only in the Czech Republic but also abroad. With the expansion of his responsibilities to the domestic market, Tomas will face new challenges that we believe he will handle with clarity and expertise. His key tasks will include not only managing the business and sales team, but also developing networking activities and creating business goals and strategies. Tomas sees building positive relationships with clients and customers as essential and this will be a key element of his new role.

"I warmly welcome my new role as Sales Director and am sincerely looking forward to it. I believe that the unification of foreign and Czech business will bring more coherent and clearer communication throughout the company, not only at the level of the sales department," said Tomáš Zach.

Until now, the position of Sales Director was held by Kateřina Kulíšková, who is now moving to the position of Business Development Strategist. In this role she will focus on partner sales, finding new global partners and managing client activities such as satisfaction surveys and joint networking and team building activities. An important part of her new position will also be a direct overlap with the company's product strategy. Based on the client and partner feedback she receives as part of her client care, Kateřina will play a key role in developing strategies for regular product improvements across the Innovis portfolio. Kateřina also plans to develop the firm's image within the market, training and workshops not only with clients but also across departments within the firm. Her achievements to date set the bar high for Tomáš, but she welcomes the change and looks forward to new challenges.

"For a long time in my role as Sales Director, I have struggled with the need to set up multiple processes from different sides at the same time and the idea of creating a new position has been popping into my head for quite some time. I am glad that we have made this step and that I can now fully devote myself to taking care of partners, creating new product strategies, as well as improving the internal communication and external image of the company, which was slightly lacking in many respects," says Katka in describing her new role.

On behalf of the entire Innovis team, we wish them both every success in their new roles. We look forward to working together, to inspiring work meetings and friendly conversations over afternoon coffee.

Imagine this scenario: late at night, a perpetrator breaks into a fuel station with the intent to steal. However, the moment they cross into the cashier zone, an alarm is triggered. Instantly, a device hidden behind the counter activates – within seconds, the space is filled with an impenetrable fog. The intruder loses orientation, can’t see anything, and has no chance to steal or damage any station equipment. Frightened and disoriented, they flee
