Good Sailors, a company oriented towards IT consultancy and application development, becomes part of M2C Holding after a long collaboration. It will thus join the entities under the Innovis brand, which is a partner for transforming buildings from old solutions to new and innovative ones. The main benefits that these innovations bring to customers are increased operational efficiency and cost reduction.

“In the framework of Innovis, we are dealing with a large demand for custom technology solutions, so we need to support our existing structure. Joining with Good Sailors will expand our developer teams, and we will gain greater capacities for our customers, improve our services, and enhance our products. The teams in Good Sailors share the same DNA – they want the best for the customer, not only in terms of service delivery but also in great communication and punctuality. When we started thinking about expanding our ranks, Good Sailors was the most suitable choice,” says František Leiter, the technical director of the newly formed Innovis brand under M2C Holding.

After more than twelve years of strategic cooperation, this acquisition was a logical step. Good Sailors was a long-term partner and participated in the past in the development of both internal systems and several significant external projects. The goal of Good Sailors is meaningful employment primarily of disabled developers, who contribute to the development of unique solutions. The company is proud of awards for digital innovation from Google and as Company of the Year, Responsible Company of the Year, and Top 100 Innovators in Europe according to the Financial Times.

Together with M2C, both companies also provide innovative solutions for the building management segment or smart work with camera records. Good Sailors co-founder Filip Molčan adds: “I believe that connecting with Innovis will help us deliver unique products and solutions to customers worldwide and at the same time increase the impact of our social activities, which we have been dedicated to for a long time.”

What does all this mean for customers? Well, thanks to the new additions to the Innovis brand, customers can expect increased operational efficiency, cost reduction, and now we can all make IT and sailor jokes every day.
