The Czechoslovak Coca-Cola HBC welcomes visitors to the Welcomo 2.0 electronic reception, a second-generation kiosk from our connected company GoodSailors.

Welcomo greatly simplifies and automates the process of checking in clients and other short-term visitors. This makes the entire process a simpler and more user-friendly visit experience. Of course, the kiosk does not only simplify check-in for visitors, but also for employees.
And what does the whole visitation process look like? It's actually very simple. After logging into the visitor entry system, all you have to do is fill in your first name, last name, email and the date the visitor arrives. The invited person receives an automatically generated invitation to that email, which sends a security code in addition to the details of the date and location of the visit. The customer then simply enters this into the kiosk or scans the QR code. This allows Welcomo to verify the visitor and let them in. Information about the visit is also stored in the M2C Log app, a tool that helps with visitor management.
Welcomo also verifies identity on arrival and informs the visitor about the visitor policy and privacy policy. Once the entire check-in process is complete, the access card is issued and the Coca-Cola employee is also notified to pick up their visitor at the front desk.
